If you missed the last grading because of illness, insanity or laziness you get another chance to go for your next belt on Sunday 21st March. Times are below and you will need to put your name down before the day to guarantee a space.

We are now offering basic t shirts and vests on which the fuzion kickboxing logo will match the colour of your belt. So for example if you have just passed your blue belt you can now order a t shirt with the fusion logo in blue as illustrated below:

This will also apply for all the other colours. These t shirts are optional, you can still wear the regular t shirts if you want. Its just an extra service for out fashion conscious members. Speak to Matt or James if you are interested.
To raise money for sports relief Masters Academy is holding a spar a thon on Saturday 20th March from 1pm. This will involve participants doing 50 x 3 minute rounds of light sponsored sparring. If you would like to take part to raise money for charity or just to improve your sparring please get a sponsor form from James or Matt.
On Saturday March 13th Masters Academy will hold the first intra-club grappling championship. Depending on how many students enter will determine weight categories etc. Each fight will last 6 minutes and will be decided by submission or referees decision. Get your names down now and be crowned the first Masters Academy Grappling Champion.
We are holding another free open mat session on Saturday 27th March. Come along anytime you like from 1-5pm and work out, hit the bags, bring a friend and spar, do whatever takes your fancy. See you there.
For 2010 we have set a monster fitness challenge to all students, Each month the fastest male and female student who completes the challenge will win a £50 equipment voucher. Times will be displayed on the wall.
Dee and Deborah won the first months challenge so try to beat their times in march.
